John Evans Interior Architecture + Design Ltd is an interior design practice that is passionate about producing the best design solutions for their clients.
Commissions are varied: Loft apartments, Georgian country houses, swimming pools, private leisure centres, together with corporate headquarters and retail showrooms for our commercial clients. Many residential projects have been undertaken in this country and Europe. The practice is headed by John Evans, a designer with many years experience in interpreting the wishes and aspirations of his clients.
Our style is international, motivated by a love of good design, both modern and traditional – influenced by the elegance of the Georgian period and the graceful symmetry of its buildings but also with an equal passion for a contemporary, minimalist approach.
The practice size of 14 designers enables a wide range of projects to be realised, with teams headed by experienced designers, ensuring attention to detail at every stage - the key to a successful project both in terms of client satisfaction and personal fulfillment.
We are proud of our ability to provide all project drawings using AutoCAD, including 3-Dimensional presentation visuals and walkthroughs. Additionally, detailed working drawings are provided for all elements of the design, from space planning through to the design of individual, bespoke items of furniture.
Full lighting design is carried out, as we consider this to be an essential part of every project and includes the selection and specification of all fittings.
A project coordination service is provided whenever this is appropriate to the client’s requirements. We oversee many of our projects, often employing architects, structural engineers or M&E consultants, as required. We are equally happy to work with our client’s appointed consultants.
Selection from our comprehensive samples and technical libraries, which are continuously updated, enables us to provide a broad range of decorative and building solutions for our clients at presentation and each subsequent stage of their project.
JOHN EVANS was selected for the‘100 Leading Interior Designers Directory’ by House and Garden Magazine in 2006. |
